We understand that scheduling needs can change. To ensure fair compensation for our technicians’ time and travel, please review our cancellation and refund policy below:
1. Cancellation Before Dispatch Confirmation
You may cancel your appointment before a dispatch time frame is issued for a full refund.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch Time Frame is Issued
If you cancel after receiving a scheduled time frame, a $15 cancellation fee applies to cover administrative and routing costs.
3. Installer On-Site (or En Route)
If an installer has been dispatched and arrives at your home, a $89 trip fee will be charged—even if the installation is declined or canceled on-site.
4. Parts Restocking Fee
If parts have already been opened or assigned to your job, a 25% restocking fee will apply to the filtration system and included components.
